Project Overview

FIXT operates a business that relies heavily on phone calls and emails. Eager to modernize their operations, they sought to transition into the digital age by developing an automated mobile application, designed to simplify both customer interactions and internal processes. The first stage of this process will be for new and existing customers.

Problem

FIXT's current process involves handling phone calls and manually updating a large spreadsheet, which demands significant attention and is prone to errors. To embrace modern technology, FIXT aims to streamline maintenance requests, making them as easy and efficient as possible for customers. Currently, calls can sometimes go unanswered and appointments might be missed.

Solution

We developed a feature-rich mobile application that allows customers to register their restaurants, set up on-demand services, and establish ongoing preventative maintenance plans. The app simplifies payments with options for auto-pay, easy scheduling, and keeps all orders organized for convenient reference.

Highlights

The user experience varies depending on their account status. If a user hasn't added a restaurant, their experience differs from those with multiple restaurants added. This approach ensures a more tailored and relevant experience for each customer.

The design adheres to standard UX best practices while incorporating a range of prominent components tailored to the primary objectives that most users will engage with.
