Project Overview

The client had existing software comprised of several products, each with its own individual modules. My task was to unify these modules into a cohesive theme that felt consistent throughout. Beyond ensuring visual consistency, I focused on creating an excellent user experience that adapted well to a wide range of desktop viewports.

Problem

Ryzyliant's web application was outdated and urgently needs a modern facelift. It was utilizing an “out of the box” standard design out of necessity to acquire business. However, to attract new business and retain existing customers, a state-of-the-art design is essential for demonstrating a modern and effective approach. A complete overhaul is imminent.

Solution

I executed a comprehensive revamp of their outdated design, incorporating several new branding elements they provided. This included a full UI facelift based on their existing development framework. Redesigned components include the live call dialer, call log, contact history, live GPS map, incident reports, first responder selection, dispatch units, and much more.

Design Process

The Ryzyliant modules were fully responsive and adaptable to any viewport size. Users can easily reposition the modules to suit their workstation preferences, whether they prefer a four-column layout or a single-column display. We carefully considered user feedback and made the necessary adjustments to enhance their experience. This flexibility ensures that the system meets the diverse needs of all users.
